This is a companion to a previous post and is really rotten; but it makes sense if you know about Russia. From English/Russia [with a little editing from me]:

One of the St. Petersburg rope access techs who was involved in cleaning city roofs this winter posted some interesting photos on his blog.

Remember a post about cars bashed with ice some weeks ago?  The photos here are very similar, but their author confesses to intentionally drop huge icicles onto cars parked close to the walls.

He’s not only telling his friends about it, but feels pleased with such “heroic” deeds.

He writes: “It’s so fun to destroy someone’s car and know that no punishment will catch me.”

He says that he is just a workman who does his work. There was an instruction to clean a roof – he just cleans it, he just earns his money.

This winter was very fruitful for crashed cars not only in St.Petersburg so this guy has updated posts on his achievements in destroying cars of innocent citizens pretty often. The usual title for such a post was something like “Today’s fresh”.

This car destroyer has worked in this field since 2004, and he says he has no power to change the situation. He puts all the blame on the city utilities and their leaders, who order such regular workers to clean roofs at any cost, in spite of cars left close to the buildings.
