Here is something interesting. I’ve scheduled it to post as Olga and I are flying from Russia to the US.
This video shows air traffic around the world for 24 hours. Courtesy: Zurich School of Applied Science.
The yellow dots represent large body airplanes in the sky during a 24 hour period. You can the light of the day moving from the east to the west, as the Earth spins on its axis.
